Once a person starts drowning, they will suffer severe life-long brain damage if they are not saved within 20 seconds. If a person is not saved within 30 seconds from the moment they started drowning, they will die. Drowning is caused by several leading factors, primarily the conditions of the water. Combined with the decrease in lifeguards and trained personnel in beaches throughout the world, the response time for each event grows longer every season.

The Solution
